i will be trying wf for the first time soon, i hope i made the right choice with this product and with the flavor (white rasberry) i saw the 50 servings tub for $ 30 so i couldn't resist.

cool man, thanks, the bb.com store has three bottles (28 serving per bottle) of n.o. shotgun for 95$ including shipping, should i go for it or just get some white flood?

Surprisingly its really good. The taste is better than most, and the pumps/energy mesures past that of superpump IMO. Also it's only one scoop per serving, and you don't have to up the doses like the majority of pre-workout supps.

I prefer NO Shotgun over whiteflood, jacked, superpump250 ect.
I've seen it being sold for $30 at some places. It actually has > servings then say jack3d and whiteflood since they usually require 1.5 / 2 scoops while shotgun is just one.

Looking at your default I'd say last thing you need to be worried about right now is a pre-workout. You're 15, not even mentioning how damn skinny you are. Save your money.

i've always liked getting something new everytime I restock my supply of supplements. the first NO i ever used was NO Xplode and it gave a great pump and my veins were popping. then i used white flood over the summer time and felt like it worked better than the Xplode. I also used it in a complete Controlled labs stack with glycergrow and green mag and felt like that worked out great. right now i'm using Shotgun, mainly purchased it since it was buy two get one at the time, and am very disappointed with it. dont feel much at all and cant wait to finish it so i can get back to using white flood

Thats the thing, I do not know if he has taken care of them. Thats why I said look into those first, implying if he had not already done so. Then look into supplementation. That was all I was trying to say.

I'm a Superpump250 fan myself, but I know a lot of guys that love N.O. Shotgun. I would suggest checking some local supplement shops to see if they have any free sample packs- my one experience with it left me itching so bad I left the gym, kind of funny really, doesn't happen to many people of course that's why I'd try some for free first- just to make sure your not an "itcher."

No shotgun has about 10 grams of protein in it which the others don't have. Thats its biggest advantage. However, you can get protein from other sources anyway, so its debatable whether its a bonus or whether it would be better off without it making it cheaper.

I love drinking powders, but animal pump > than all the others I've tried.

As you can see everyone is different when it comes to the pre-workout supplements.I've tried No Shotgun, No Xplode and WF. IMO WF and No-Xplode were both better than No Shotgun. You should search for the free Controlled Lab samples.

check out my review on muscle marinade, op. top notch pre-workout... i was thinking you know its time for me to check out no shotgun (ive used jacked, white flood, ultima, superpump, no xplode, and black powder), then i was introduced to mm and will be using it for a while. i returned shotgun for muscle marinade and dont regret it one bit.

the sensation is unlike any pre-workout ive had before.

Shotgun isn't the best in terms of workout energy/pump/ But overall it may be the best in that it has quite a bit, I mean it has almost as much protein as whey in it. Its very rich in BCAAs which I am a big fan of in terms of helping protein synthesis.

muscle marinade has about 10g's of aminos and probably blows shotgun's energy through the roof.

I am a bit biased in this category, I quit using any pre workout supps, I think they are a waste to be honest. 10 grams BCAAs and some fruit juice along with high mental motivation is all most people need...
