Hello I'm 18 years old and pretty skinny and have been training for about a year but my nutrition wasn't the best so I hardly seen any gains.
I was wondering what is the best full body workout that will put on serious size and strength as I now have my nutrition in check. Thank you

Made some serious gains when i first started lifting with this routine, give it a shot if ya want.
5 minute walk on treadmill
chest press 4x8
lateral pulldown 4x8
shoulder press 4x8
seated rows 4x8
leg press 4x8
Lunges (Sometimes i squatted instead) 4x8
Oblique twists 2x til fail
Leg raises 2x til fail
decline sit up 2x til fail
Cable bicep curl 4x8
Cable tricep pulldown 4x8
every 2nd day
