When i jog i think my right leg points slightly outwards and its causing stress on my right leg/knee.
Yesterday I was running 20 min straight at 10km/hour i was able to run correctly for a couple of seconds before my form went bad again.
When I'm sitting down i think it points outwards cause I'm so use to it and now I'm trying to make it point straight.
How can i fix this bad habit?
I want to fix it so i can jog better without putting stress on it.
