Assuming its functional you have saved some money and i always find i beat the crap out of those things anyways with mi****s etc. I am the worst scratch golfer on the planet, and I realize this everytime I hit a training aid and am exposed as the fraud trainwreck of a golfer that I am. I felt like beating up on myself, but its true.

played St. Thomas golf club (ranked 64th in Canada in 2010) on Tuesday

(only played a couple 9's so far)

have been pretty rusty so far with a 48 on the front... missed about 5 par puts from 3-5 feet in the first 12 holes

I pulled it together on the back shooting a 41 (4 par, 5 bogeys)

pretty happy with the back, My Driver has been a nightmare early but was consistent and strong all day and my iron striking started to get better.

89 on that course on first full round of the year i'm more then happy with.. hopefully break 80 there this year once i get my consistency back and putting back in form.

I really want to watch the Masters but the weather is just too nice, 68 and sunny today, so I'm heading out to play 18 instead.

Moved up to second place in fantasy yesterday, it's been a good week so far

I'm going to get it for new fairways and hybrids and I'm thinking Adams is where I might end up. Please give feedback after a few rounds on how you like it.

I agree that is bubbas natural ball flight shape. That sounded weird but before one of you guys pervert it..... You know what I meant!

Was great to see Bubba win, I love the way he plays.

Got my ass kicked in fantasy, only managed 14 damn points in the final round....fail

I would be nice to see him get back to his form in a consistent fashion. He is 4 away from the 18 majors. He's getting older and the chances are dwindling since players on tour seem to peak in their 30's and his injuries seem to be playing a role of late. However he has 72 tour wins and the goal of 81 wins is very achievable even though Tiger only seems to play tournaments with a very good field.

I believe that the loss of his family (kids specifically) in his daily life has and will continue to cause a lack of his normal focus. I believe he loves his kids and wants to have the same relationship with them as he had with his dad growing up and it's killing him that he can't.

I think there is a lot of truth to that. When he was playing his best golf around 2000 he commented non how clear his mind is when making a shot now it has to be cluttered with family issues and injury thoughts. He did just revamp his swing so that will have it's good days and bad.

Unless you just really want to use the USGA site I'd recommend oobgolf.com. Me and my buddies looked around for a good free stat tracker and this one was by far the best. Can keep up with all your stats and keeps your handicap.

so I got a steal of a deal on a set or callaway xprototype irons and I played my first round with them yesterday and I shot a career low 62 (-10) with two bogeys. I was 7 under my first 9 with a bogey. I love the clubs.

Otherwise you get whacked with like $50 to use ghin.com or something like that depending on what your state uses.

I'm not sure what I'll end up with but I'm thinking I may own my first adams clubs in sometime. I figure the shaft is a number game and ill probably be using something very close or exact to what is recommended. I'm hoping to keep the 3 clubs with possible shaft upcharges to under $750. Where you been hiding Matt? Havent seen you on here in a long time.

I like it. Only been using it for a couple of weeks. Got to do a better job with keeping up with my overall stats while playing somehow. I usually play much better when I don't pay any attention to my score though.
