More likely the fish oil. Are you sure its acne and not a rash? Though, I'd be a bit suprised that just two would do it to you.
When I was on the EC stack I was taking like... 4 a day, I think and I broke out into a rash on my forearms. At the time I used Kirkland's brand. Now I switched over to ON's fish oil product and I haven't experienced anything remotely similar.
Try removing one or the other from your stack for a week and see what happens.Because if it were easy, I wouldn't be interested.

There is actually a research-verified correlation between B6 and B12 and aggravation of acne, and breakouts (The problem of vitamin B6/B12 acne. A contribution on acne medicamentosa (author's transl) Braun-Falco O, Lincke H.). I have talked with my dermatologist, and she also verified the connection and suggested that multivitamin use is stopped for a month or so, in order to see how the skin reacts to this. These are very rare cases though, and some people are just unfortunately more prone to acne.

Yes you are right....
I had been taking Optimen for about 2 years, and in the beginning all was normal.
If you are going to take 3 tablets as per the dosage, you are going to get back acne.
It is the B complex inside, its too strong. Though water soluble, some of it stays.
I had back acne, not severe, but now I am left with blemishes after going through a Roaccutane treatment to fix it.
After that I have to use dioic acid creams to get rid of the blemishes. Its better to take only 2 capsules per day of Optimen, or just switch to another vitamin that doesn't give you acne. And you will probably not notice the side effects of those after about 2-3 months of taking those vitamins, your body may react some time or another. Stress and sweat won't cause the acne, but just aggravate it further.
You need to test your body's reactions and it will take you about 3 months to get to know what it actually is.

Did you sweat more than normal the last couple of days? Could it be from change in the weather? When the weather changes I get slight acne on my back. Is there an ingredient you could have an allergy to in it?
