    Best non-greek yogurt for cut

I'm on a cut and am looking for a good yogurt thats preferably low in calories, fat and sugar. Im not a fan of greek yogurt, even though I hear nutritionally it is the best.

    Any suggestions?

Maybe there should be a category for plain yogurt and flavored yogurt. Or how you make plain yogurt taste better (add-ins)

    thanks

soy yogurts not bad. you can get it at trader joes

to make plain yogurt taste better, add fresh fruit, honey, nuts, etc.

If you can find the hood carb countdown yogurts, they are pretty decent.

take a cup of yogurt, throw it in room temp milk and wait. soon you will have your own flavorless yogurt, cultured from your milk(s) of choice. mix in your own sweetener and protein and fruits and creatine and flax and whatever.

better yet, do it with kefir

Yoplait Source "Exotik Selections" The Mango flavor and Pineapple Coconut flavors are AWESOME and only 35 calories per 100g. I have hated the taste of every low calorie yogurt (that I haven't added to shakes) but this stuff is incredible.

Theres a Dannon light and fit I believe.

Greek is the best of course - you can get upwards of 18-22g protein and as little as 6 grams of carbs.
