been cutting at around 2500 calories
40%protein243 grams
5%carbs=36grams
55%fat=158grams
taken from fitday
its actually 10eggs,400 grams of greek yoghurt
3 tbsp of tahini
200grams chicken breast
200grams cottage cheese
200 grams of beef
how does it look?only think that i worry is if protein is too little or excessive
and polyunsaturated fats seem low.any opinions?
