    In small amounts, as long as it meets your macros, i only have a tbsp or 2 a day if i have it. 1 tbsp can range from 3-4 carbs and 1-2 of those carbs is from fiber. so thats only about 2-3 carbs a tb.

    How is it that you have lots of energy on a keto diet? When I did a week long keto by day 5 my energy levels had plummeted and I struggled to get through a low intensity cardio workout.

    I dont think you were actually in "ketosis" then, cuz once your body is using that fat for fuel you shouldnt have a lack of energy

    Keto is a bitch when you do it for the very first time. It takes your body several days to realise you are not starving to death. Once it gets over that, and realises there is lots of food, it's just in a form it doesn't see so often, you'll have lots of steady energy. And even if you go off keto for a long time, it's never as bad again.
