    I am going to start this HOME routine===>
    Bench Presses With Dumbbells - 8-10 Reps
    Incline Presses With Dumbbells - 10-12 Reps
    Seated Dumbbell Presses - 6-10 Reps
    Seated Dumbbell Presses - 8-10 Reps
    Lateral Dumbbell Raises - 8-12 Reps
    Alternate Dumbbell Curls - 8-12 Reps
    ================================
    Bench Presses With Dumbbells - 6-8 Reps
    Incline Presses With Dumbbells - 6-8 Reps
    Seated Dumbbell Presses - 6-8 Reps
    One-Arm Dumbbell Rows - 8-10 Reps
    Lateral Dumbbell Raises - 6-8 Reps
    Alternate Dumbbell Curls - 8-12 Reps

    I only have 8lb-25- 40- dumbbells. My goal is mass/strength but i know i will plateau quick... So does anyone have any ideas so i can keep making it challenging? maybe adding in body weight exercises such as push ups, chin ups and so on? Please help me out thank you!@!

    You're gonna have a tough time doing anything with your biggest dumbbell being 40lbs.
