    How long to increase bench 170x5 to 225x5

    Im currently 18 years old and have been lifting seriously for 8 month now, im 6,2 177 pounds and i can bench 170x5 how long will it take me to bench 225x5.

    there is no way to know. Everyone is different. It can take several months even a couple of years to reach those numbers depending on how much you eat what you eat and how consistent your training is.my only recommendation for you is to keep eating and eat good quality foods. make sure your program is solid but at the same time do not be afraid to switch it up every now and then. A lot of the times a person cant increase their numbers because they hit a plateau and their routine is stale so they need to push themselves and force their body to something different. don't worry so much about numbers. Youre18 years old and 175 is pretty impressive. I'm 22 and I cannot even go past 155 for more than two wraps.
