    Most Intense Exercises W/ Minimal Weight Available

    For reasons too long to explain, for the next couple months I'll only have access to a pull-up bar, a bench, and a set of adjustable dumbbells (up to 50lbs each). Can you recommend exercises that I can make intense (failure around 6-8 reps tops), especially for the larger muscle groups? Right now all I can think of is...:

    Chest: ???
    Back: DB Weighted Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups
    Legs: DB Split Squats

    Any recommendations are appreciated.

    Chest = Bench press
    Start at a higher incline, and work your way down so the 50lbs can stay challenging as your chest fatigues and you decrease the angle.

    if it is just a flat bench, then maybe you can do the chest press to flye (press the weight up, then do flye negatives).

    Legs is easy. Split squats, and lunge variations.

    Back, you can row.

    Check the exercise database in the SuperSite of BB.com and/ exrx.net for equipment specific exercises. Since you'll be working with lighter weights try to focus on using strict form with every exercise. Techniques such as decreasing rep tempo to increase muscle tension and adjusting rest intervals will add to the intensity of your workouts.

    All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
    Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.
