    Dent in my chest...

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...g?t=1267515660

Still sorta nooby at lifting haven't hit a year yet...but major improvement from months ago..plus i'm eating a lot more..gaining weight the healthy way..slowly but surely..my question though is how do i get rid of that dent. A couple of my buddies have the same thing, do you think it will go away/be less noticeable once i gain a lot more muscle and weight or what...

    thanks guys.

Dont worry about it for now, you are way to skinny to be wondering if that will go away, keep chopping at workouts and eat a ****ton and gain mass. If you still have the same thing in 30lbs from now its genetics and it wont go away, but it will look 10x better.

My guess is just because of your low muscle mass on your frame is why you can see it.

I used to have a something similar before I started working out. Like what was already stated above just keep eating and working out, it will most likely go away once you gain some more weight.

It'll be a lot less noticeable when you bulk up. I had slight dents when I was 140, but when I got to 160, you could barely notice it.

Thats your chest genetics brah, the more mass you put onto your chest though the less noticable that will look, you will have a strong centre line/clevage, which can be a good thing. Dont worry about it and just keep building that chest.
