    I'm planning on doing the show. It will be my first and I'm not sure what to think at this point. Started my diet two weeks ago, I think that will be fine. I have a friend helping who has been there before and I'm really excited, but really nervous as well!

    I'll be competing in this show, it will be my second show, my first is next saturday april 17, 2010 in the NPC Southern Indiana Bodybuilding Championships. Im nervous but excited nervous!
