Obviously your abs needed to be put in check 2 years ago. Are they still how they are in your avi? If so, have you tried cutting carb intake?

Looks like you're bulking. You gunna cut soon so you don't get too fat? Also, your face looks like you're taking an epic dump.
Your traps could definitely use some work. What's your shrug routine looking like?
I can tell you're really tryin to show your abs. Try a low carb diet and then you won't have to suck it in so much.

First I let the water warm up. Then I applied stuff to wash my face and let it sit there while soaping my body. Aftering applying shampoo I rinsed everything off.
Arms incredibly lanky. There's so much you can be doing right now that it would take me forever to reply with everything you need to be doing to make yourself look at least halfway decent.
Are you the one on the top bunk or the one screwing a watermelon?
What are you benching? Might want to work on your flies too.
Might want to try focusing more attention on your overhead lifts to work on those abs. Again, low carb intake.I have been practicing Internet for 11 years.
