    C4 cycle?

    Im 15 and have been using c4 extreme by cellucor for 4-5 months, i only use it during my fitness class so i will use it monday, wednesday, and friday one week and tuesday thursday the next week, do i need to cycle off since im not using it frequently?

    No, that should be fine. However, if you notice it's not working at the level it always does, it may be time to drop it for 2-3 weeks.

    At age 15 you shouldn't even be worried about using supplements other than a multi-vitamin. Stop using C4 altogether and just worry about your diet and workout routine. Check out the Nutrition & Workout Routine forum stickies. There's a wealth of knowledge in those threads and will get you much further than any supplement will.
