    Best size gainer?

    I recently finished my second cycle of M-Stak and I have noticeable strength gains but not much size gains. I am eating a high calorie diet and am taking Dymatize Mega Gainer protein along with Green Bulge Creatine. What supplement can I add now that my M-Stak cycle is done to put on some size as well as strength?

    /agree with more food. I had to get myself up to around 4-5k calories a day to start putting on mass but it worked amazingly. In 2 months I put on 13lbs and only maybe 1 or 2 of it is fat.

    I dont think some people on here dont fully understand that even if you have every supplement on the market there useless unless you have a good diet. There is no supplement for a good diet. Up your carbs/fats/proteins.

    how many grams of carbs/fats/protein do you intake a day?
