If you had 16 weeks to change
I'm doing the OBF contest from march through june. Right now I am 5' 9" 152-156 throughout the day, bodyfat is prob about 12%, usually I'm around 165 but I took a break from training and lost my appetite. So if you were me and had 16 weeks, how would you diet, how much weight would you gain and when would you start cutting, I plan on gaining for 12 weeks to around 175 then cutting to about 165 for the last 4 weeks.
So imagine yourself in my position what do you think is the best way to do it.
Also take into account I am leaving in June for army training. So I can't cut too much because we aren't given much time to eat and the training is very physically demanding.
