What is the most accurate way to measure body fat %? I purchased a measure caliper but maybe I am just using it wrong lol.

Calipers can be useful to track progress if your method is consistent. Dexa scan is the most accurate but even that has error margins. Best gauge is a combination of mirror,scale, gym performance.
