calories in sirloin steak

I usually use calorie count for nutrional info, but was wondering if i used a george formean to cook sirloin steak, how many calories would it have.

i also would like to know how many calories one ounce of sirloin steak would have uncooked?

It's hard to be precise with steak as it depends on how it's trimmed and some cows have more marbling than others, but you can still get a rough estimate using the CalorieCount website you use. That you use a Foreman grill is irrelevant.
