I made some home made beef jerky. It's my first attempt at it, and I left it in too long. It shriveled up and it's very brittle/overcooked. My question is about the nutritional value. If a piece of meat was 1 oz before and had say 5g protein and 2g fat in it, would the same piece of meat have 5g protein and 2g fat after cooking the crap out of it?

Does overcooking meat change nutrition?

most likely not. i mean if u grilled chicken till it was charred to a crisp, think it would have any nutritional value? nopeeeee"I came close to (having sex with a girl) but I decided not to in the end as I wanted to stay pure for (another) girl back home. This was a mistake because she got a boyfriend literally the day I came back."
