    Great Keto Omelet

    3 Large eggs
    2 Tbsp minced cilantro
    2 Cooked crispy strips bacon
    1/4 Cup Jack (or any shredded) cheese
    1/2 Avocado
    1/2 Cup mushrooms
    White whine sauce (or 4 oz butter)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Beat eggs in mixing bowl with cilantro salt and pepper.

    Dice the avocado and mushrooms and saute in the white whine sauce or butter for 5-10 minutes.

    Begin frying the eggs while spinning it and pushing the sides in to get it fluffy and well cooked.

    Flip it when most of the eggs are cooked and add the avocado and mushroom's (with excess liquid drained), cheese, and chopped bacon then fold onto plate.

    You can eat the whole thing or half since its kind of calorie dense

    Fiber: 6.4g

    *Net Carbs: 5.5g*

    Protein: 31.3g
