he could be natural now, it's sort of hard to tell. he could just have really good muscle memory from when he was juiced so now it is possible for him to have that size naturally. also obv he has genetics on his side.
his body doesnt jump out at me as roided up. he is big but not unnaturally big.
You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. The iron always kicks you the real deal. It's the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. I have found it to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

yea he doesn't look like the roided up leverone when he was competeing, he looks alot more natural though he may be juicing but not to the extremes, awesome genetics and muscle memory = epic gains

Those dumbbells are ridiculously large for 100lbs.
After his first cut he said he was at 3.5% bf and a well hydrated 230 lbs... So I don't get this whole " lean mean 220" thing. I guess he's goin for a more athletic look and feel, since he said he wants to start running again
When the Levronereport first came out, I assumed Kevin was going to shock the world! I assumed that he would rise to 250 and cut to 240 with obliques lower abs, sunken face and veins galore. It's been what 9 months now and he hasnt even come close to shocking the world. I dont get it. He has access to any food he wants, access to workout as long as he wants with the world's finest equipment and has some of the best genetics in the world to work with. Obviously Kevin invests his time in much more then bodybuilding these days.
I think his 220 shredded look will be good for his movie roles. I believe this levronereport will give Levrone a verbal communicative ability that will easily transition to his upcoming films.
When the Levronereport first came out, I assumed Kevin was going to shock the world! I assumed that he would rise to 250 and cut to 240 with obliques lower abs, sunken face and veins galore.
what you assumed is what would've happened if he was actually using steroids. he's training naturally and is almost 45 years old.

your telling a 45 year old that probably stopped competing for the sake of his health to start smashing the anabolic compounds.

the only thing that makes him "appear" juiced is the size of his arms. everything else he has is pretty obtainable naturally.
take into consideration his arms were 22" + during his career. judging how he is an experienced pro bodybuilder and his size was incredible, his muscle memory is greater than the average bodybuilder, so that rebound is greater.
but to question his arms. for his size, at first look they are huge, no doubt, but once u start studying him, his arms give off an illusion that make them appear larger than they are because of how full they are and width of them. they are still big, but they probably arent as big as they appear.

again judging how he has been natural along the way (proven to pass a test a few months back) its a lot harder to get as shredded as we are used to seeing. drugs are nothing shy of miracles. also i imagine his lifestyle is a bit different than those dedicated days of his career. i assume hes probably not holding himself back from indulging in certain foods and drinks and such. but i admire what hes doing. for his age he looks great. really motivating

lol @ certain people saying **** about Kevin Levrone...
Kevin could probably win a Master's if he wanted to... The guy proved himself for over 15 years of professional bodybuilding. Also was top 5 in almost every show he was in, lifted the craziest weights in his prime with good form, and is an inductee to the IFBB Hall of Fame.
I wanna see how many people can do 100lb dumbbell presses on the incline without a spot for as many or more reps than Kevin Levrone in this video.
Give the man some credit for what he's doing now and stop blaming him for not competing anymore. He's done and retired.

he is doing great, anyway, he is not really wanting to get ripped or he would have switched to another kind of nutrition basing more on greens fruits and legumes for his carb intake...
and another kind of training, jump setting between upper and lower body exercises
also I would love to see working the core focusing on stability , so doing planks, side planks, woodchoppers, russian twists, asymmetrical shoulder carry and asymmetrical farmers walk, among the others... but I really guess if he knows those exercises and if he really wants to burst his ass to get the excellent of what he is doing. This also to grow bigger legs!
Also I d love to see him doing olympic style front squats, and also specific anteroposterior works for the glutes to add more muscle in a portion that is usually untouched by squats and deadlifts...
also I d love to see him doing deadlift, several kind of, including the conventional ones, and see how his body reacts... also I would love to see him doing shoulder works standing like military presses etc.
So basically I would love to see him relying less on machine and see how the body reacts...
He would be much better, but at this stage it is all about motivations... he loves training for sure, but I don't really know he ever had the motivation to burst his ass and discover more about training methods and effective exercises
Anyway he is great and very inspiring in any case!
He looks spiritually awake, that I really love, because it is paramount!
