    Another shoulder problem...

    I've read through a few posts here on shoulder pain but I haven't come across one similar to mine. It's only when I'm doing a flat BB bench that I get it. It's my left shoulder. Anterior part roughly around where it comes up to my clavicle. After I get done with my set, it's a sharp pain followed by a pressured feeling. I usually lay there after a set about about 10 seconds with my left arm pulled across my chest which relaxes my shoulder. Usually feels fine after I shake it out and relax or stretch after a set. I've read it could possibly be a rotator cuff problem but I wasn't sure if this is a similar case to others. Also I'm takin glucosamine (knee problems.. Chiropractor gave me glucosamine). I figured that would make it so I don't need to take liver oils to help me joints out.

    Any ideas?

    Just realized I forgot something.
    Know of anything to possible help build up strength while working around this? I've been doing DB presses for a while but I figure I need to start changin it up so I started BB presses. I'm keeping the weight 135 and lower anything I get on a bench.
    Any other workouts?

    I had exactly the same problem.ONLY ON flat BB BENCH!
    Just stopped doing it for a few months.
    Did all other movements,DB or BB,flat in n decline with no pain.
    The pain went away,im doing BB press again for a long time now,no problem.
    bb.com, a place that turned Deadlift into a forearm isolation exercise

    and a place where 99% of 21 year olds have bad back and knees.
