how do i get the bicep to look more round at the top?

i cant seem to post my pic but its in my profile pic

what exercises target the top of the biceps?

just wanna do biceps, chest and shoulder as am goin on holiday this june

can i attain the guy from twilights physique in 3 months? (chest, arms and shoulders) don't really care for abs

thnx man but my friend told only to do 3 exercises for biceps as i get them worked from back and to avoid overtraining

which 3 would u recommend?

be tea dub, hunched back and rounded shoulders isn't the "beach body" look. Which if you just work chest, shoulders, arms is exactly what you'll get.

Again, how big do you think you'll get? Are you taking steroids with your bench and curl routine? How long do you think it took any of the IFBB pros to get their size? Happened over night? Do you think they put years into it, with good genetics, questionable methods, and precise nutrition and workout routines? DO you have any of that? Probably not.

I already gave you a link which provided you with bicep exercises. Either you read it and ignored it, or were too lazy to follow it. It should be all you need for arms. You can pick and choose from the three different contraction categories, that Spirit listed, to get your 3 exercises per workout.

yh thats what im talkin about i dont have the best genetics (apart from my good looks, i have a good face but my body sucks) thats why if i aim too high and try and look like a bodybuilder on roids it wont work.

on the other hand tylor lautners physique is a good goal for me (not too big)
