    bulking - eat surplus calories on OFF days?

    am i supposed to eat a lot on OFF days as well? or can i eat less on non trianing days if im trying to bulk

    If you're not as active on off days then you can eat less. I generally just eat the same amount every day regardless though.

    i usually eat less carbs on non workout days to minimize fat gain, but ill still eat slightly higher than maintainence

    so its only important to eat a lot on training days because thats when the food gets put to use to build muscle?

    non training days the food dont go to muscles? (or not as much?)

    This is complicated, but to keep it simple.
    Less carbs on days you don't workout.
    If you don't burn the carbs, they get turned to fat.
