Hi guys i have been reading this forums for a while and decided to start my journey to have an amazin body and today is my first day of workout.
im 1.77 metters and weight 185 pounds and number 33 in pants(i wannabe 32 or 31), im not fat but i have a belly and since im kinda slim that does not look good at all i have 4 jeans parked waiting for results. my mom, my GF and my assistant whine all the day telling me that im starting to get fatty and this just have to stop.
in these forums is so much information about keto and diferent logs but i havent find a starting guide for noobs.
i have a few anwswers:
How many carbs are allowed?
what not to eat?
Whats the easiest way to get into ketosis and how to check it?
Beer is allowed? if not Tequila? wisky? Vodka? if not ill be a sad panda but ill keep strong.
Cheat days?
any one have links to diets?
any routines? the gym trainers are total nubs

i tried the ketosis diet today and im starving:
Lunch 1 730am:
Cholorio (turkey meat with chili)
Lunch 2 1pm:
Boiled Chicken soup with beggies, Raw Cucumbers brocolis and letucce
Ill got to the gym at 530pm:
what can i eat available at any fastfood store? i feel so hungry i dont wanna blackout
