Hey just as an introduction I?d like to tell you about me
My names Abe I am a 19 yr old soon to be 20 college student. I am bio major, and a sophomore at William Paterson University in NJ. There are many reasons I joined this contest, but really mostly because its one of the biggest pushes I have had in long time. Throughout high school I was a big swimmer and with that came the swimmers body. But during my last year I stopped swimming for a lot of reasons and with that came a serious weight gain. When you go from 170 lean, swim 3 hours a day, and eat anything you want to?Same diet but no working out it really takes a toll?So last year around may I decided to change before it became too late I was weighing in at 5?11 at about a whopping 255 pounds and slowly I have come down now to 220 I am faster, stronger, and less heavy. Though im not where I want to be yet.

Woke up late today at about 11:00am !!HEY ITS MY DAY OFF FROM SCHOOL AND WORK!!
So start up my day with My
Multi,ClA,Fishoil
Meal 1
5 ounces of leftover chicken breast shredded 2 pieces of wheat bread
Meal 2 come in and so has my new order with my new batch protein
2 scoops of protein with milk = 58 grams of protein and comin @ 250 cals =)
WORKOUT
2 scoops of Lemon Lime CreaDyl, and on serving of NO-BETA
Time for work out im focusing on getting cut
Today was Chest,Arms,Shoulders and light cardio
***New personal records***
able to finally preacher curl 100Lbs for first time feels good
Can Machine fly 250

2 scoops whey protein with milk gota feed them muscles right
Snacks taking my recover
No workout but had a scoop of CreaDyl
(Rather creamy for lemon lime, but not bad)
Meal 3
Its lunch time so I had a can of tuna and 2 eggs
Talk about protein packed
Meal 4
3 ounces of rice, 5oz steak, and lil salad zero calorie dressing
And no its time to study and ill have some casein before bed time goodnight wish me luck
if anyone could give me tips for the log

I couldve sworn i updated yesterday but just remembered My mozilla crashed so yeah

had my opti mean multi,NO beta, liver tabs
NO Beta is seriously helping wake me up only took 3 tabs instead of 6

Today was rather unremabkable but what did happen was i went up in my NO beta dose and can say wow, i was takin 3 tabs morning and pre, and stepped up to 5
Meal 1

Optimen,No beat , liver tabs

Beef stick
CreaDyl before,and rest after not during seeing as its swimmming
its about 1 and i had to rush to print out my lab report and make it to the pool
workout 30 minutes Backward 800 im about 15-20sec between 50s and 20-30s at every 200
meal 3
2 scoops whey
preworkout took 5 NO BETA- energy through the roof skin felt hot and itchy im guessing it the 30 somthin mg o niacin but its definetly good, lasted me through the workout didnt even get tired
work out 2 abs
Leg lifts 20 minutes
ab lounge with weight attached 20 minutes

Cup or less of rice and ground beef

Lifting with AppNut
Your hitting some nice numbers there on your weight routines. Your goals look pretty solid. I think you will find the stack from Double-T just continues to get better and better with use. One of my favorite supps is the Glutacene, it really helps me hit new PR's without the dreaded DOMS that keep you out of the gym the next day. I could not imagine hitting the iron without it.
As you get into your full 16 week regiment do not hesistate to reach out to any of us for any information you need on training, supplements or nutrition planning. Those three areas combined will allow you to exceen all your goals.

Nice goals mate - training looking solid, putting some nice numbers up - glad your enjoying the double T products brother!

Subbed, in for more people from jersey reaching some epic transformations.
How is your progress coming along in the gym? Are you feeling extra energy/pumps from the double-t products?
Also I noticed you seem to neglect your green veggies in your diet. Would highly recommend incorporating some broccoli, spinach, kale, etc. It would definitely help your overall health and your diet goals.

I agree. I ended up taking 6 and felt the same way but it was awesome.
How are you liking everything? NO Beta is really awesome. One of my favorites so far.

Hey bro which of the contests did you enter - the bodybuilding or the transformation? Also how many NO-Beta tabs are you taking with CreaDyl and are you taking them together?
