Hi guys, am currently 17 i weight 130 pounds and am 6.1. Am looking for a diet that will help me gain muscles, and idea?

heres an example of my diet
okay my diet is basically strict red meat and pasta. i try to eat 7 meals a day but its hard at my age.
1st breakfast: protein shake and a cup of oatmeal.around 7 am
2nd breakfast: 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites. 1 banna. 2 cups cut up sausage 8 am
snack: turkey sandwhich and an apple 10 am
1st lunch: 6 oz steak mixed with pasta and ragu 11:30 am
2nd lunch: burger no salt small side of french fries with water or lemonade 1 pm
pre workout: 2 servings whey protein nature valley bar 2 pills of RPM 1:30pm
post workout: 1 serving whey, ham sandwhich 3:30 pm
dinner: hamburger or steak, mashed potatoes, 2 cups of greens, 16oz low sugar juice 5:30 pm
bedtime snack: 2 burgers 16 oz of milk9:00 pm-10:00pmSecond to None!
