Best thing to do would be research calorie counting/balance. Read the stickies and use the search function. Read up on clean bulking.
Basic advice on where to start would be find out your base metabolic rate (with respect to your activity level).
From there, eat 500 calories excess daily.
Eat clean foods like lean meats, rolled oats, low fat milk, eggs, cottage cheese, plenty of fruit and vegetables.
