It's great stuff, I really do feel I have my pre and intra needs completely covered by AEN. What I want now is an all inclusive post workout/recovery...any board reps want to send me their sup to try?

Nice squatting, breh. You are only 22 lbs away from a BWx2 squat (assuming your 1RM is 300)!

Haven't tried, maybe I'll see where I'm at next week...probably won't be increasing it much from where it is know for a while anyway as a plan to keep cutting for another month or two...

By different variations do you mean rep counts (if so, yes). I tend not to do anything but back squats 9though I vary depth range a bit too...sometimes ATG, sometimes parallel, though most frequently just below parallel...

seriously, I never do that, but I just needed to get in and get out and he was using the ONLY squat rack for curls...worse, there are already curling stations and tons of open benches...I just wasn't in the mood to put up with that shyt!

on a side note, I started a 7 day free sample of ERGOBURN today. I took the minimum does of 2 pills (so it'll last tee full seven days). I'll post some thoughts over the next seven days about its appetite suppression (which I really hope is good) as well as my weight loss (currently back down to 161-after having bumped up a bit after this weekend's gluttony). So far I haven't noticed any significant increase in energy, but I was up late watching the Celtics lose in OT...

that said, the appetite suppression worked well (for a while), but it has definitely worn off and I'm really hungry!

I definitely wouldn't recommend taking D4 Thermal Shock, then... by far the most intense thermo I've ever taken. First time I took 2 pills in one sitting I felt jittery to the point of paranoia.

    Chest & Tri's

    05/26/10
    Weight: 160lbs

    Mood:
took a 50 min walk/jog trip with the dog this AM which was probably not the smartest move before trying to workout. I think my numbers suffered a little bit because of this, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to adjust

    BB Bench Press:
    10 x 135
    5 x 185
    5 x 225
    4 + 1 x 235
    7 x 205

    Incline Smith Press:
    10 x 105
    6 x 155
    6 x 175

    Incline DB Fly's:
    10 x 35/35
    10 x 40/40
    10 x 40/40

    Tricep Pushdown:
    10 x 67.5kg
    9 x 77.5kg
    8 x 72.5kg

    Cardio:
    none

    General Notes:
Not a bad workout. A little short as I got to the gym a tad later than usual and L.P. was a bit chatty today

Still a bit of DOMS from Monday's leg routine, but I think the extra jogging and stretching is helping with that.

    ErgoBurn Notes:
Day 2: Appetite suppression was decent for a while yesterday but it did wear off a little sooner than I would have liked. No jitters or crash at all and it did give me a nice little late morning boost. Took it a bit earlier today as I wanted to see how the appetite control effected my desire for a mid morning snack.

    completely random tune...there's 2 "o's" in Goose...:
