look up the nutritional info online before you go. If it fits into your diet, eat it.

If you want to get an omelet, get the veggie omelet with substitution of egg whites (500 cals normal, not sure about calories with substitution).

If your're building your own slam, choose between: 2 scrambled egg whites (50 calories), turkey bacon (76 calories), fruit (70 calories), oatmeal w/ milk (270 calories), chicken sausage patty (110 calories)

Hearty wheat pancakes = 460 calories

    More info here:

If you do get toast make sure to ask for it dry, otherwise they usually smother it in margarine... (at least with my experience)

in california ihop lists the nutrition facts of each item on the menu. most of the stuff is around 1000 calories so if youre looking to reduce that, theres an "Ihop for me" menu on the back page which is like egg whites, whole wheat pancakes, chicken, and fruit.

And Denny's lets you build your own Slam, so mine was like eggs, toast, yogurt, and fruit.

For my cheats ill get the dennys buffalo chicken sandwich and seasoned fries with extra ranch. Possibly the best thing ever. But for your diet they have a health section on the menu where you can get egg whites and whole wheat toast ect.

Because you are obviously too lazy to just go to the website yourself, here is the nutritional information:

I would recommend the all-you-can-eat pancakes at I-Hop. 15 is the most I have ever eaten at one time.. Yum.

At IHOP, I always get the spinach omelete or the fajita omelete without the sour cream and all that unnecessary crap.
