And it has been 1 week since I have been taking EC. Current weigh in: 188.5lbs.
1500 calories a day is not hard at all with the EC stack. I have high energy and not feeling hungry at all. 6.5lbs this week, damn. Love that first weeks gains.

i did well last year using EC, I just didn't keep up with it and stopped caring for awhile. But I finally wanna do something about my weight, maybe get back into fighting weight again.

One 4 weeks into my diet, currently weighing in at 186 lbs. So, I have lost 9 lbs so far.
There are 14 weeks left for me to reach my goal of 165. So, I need to just keep up the weight I have been losing so far and I should reach my goal.
I have been consuming around 1500-1700 calories a day. I go to karate 3x a week for cardio and then I am liftin 2-3 datys a week right now. Even though my limited calories and weight loss, I am seeing significant gains in muscle mass and in all my lifts. I am lifting just to burn some extra calories and build strenght, so it is good to see my lifts have not been negatively affected by the weight loss.
Will take some pics later for comparisson after one month.

Dropped another few pounds, been weighing in at 183lbs the last few days. feels good man. couple more pounds til i see the 170s again, first time in years.
