I got this "Power Gym" pull up bar ..

    I just got this recently..
you can do a lot of exercises with it

Just wanted to get some feedback.. is it worth it? Useful?
People in here have one, or is it a piece of crap?

seems to me the most useful part is putting it on your door frame and doing chin ups..
Where else in your house can you find a "bar" to do this kind of stuff.. neat

I got one for $9.88 at Wal mart 2 months ago. Best investment ever. I looooove doing the wide grip pushups with my feet on the chair/couch. This is great for the pecks.
Sure the close grip pullups are great for lower back and biceps. My advice: Every now and then do the pullups reaaally slow and u can see how this works your back.

Great for pullups and such and even better since you can just put it up and take it down so easily. The normal extendable pullup bars can cause some real damage to your door frames. I'd say it's definately worth buying, specially as they are so cheap from more stores/ebay.
