    i eat 2400+ cals every day, take whey/multi/fish oil, lift for hour and a half, 15 min HIIT running then 10 min low intensity cardio.

    What bf% am I at? I'm trying to get down to 8-10%... how long do you think that might take me? Here is a pic, not flexing.

    Not very confident in this estimate since the side view shot is fairly far back and it's somewhat blocked. I'm going to guess anywhere from 19-21%. If you have any other pics please repost or PM and I'll gladly re-evaluate.

    Low 20's roughly. Hard to say how long it will take because if you're new to weights, you have a chance at putting on a little lean mass while cutting.

    How much progress are you making so far?

    I wouldn't drop down to 8-10% without adding more lean mass somewhere along the way. It won't look as good as you think, in my humble opinion.

    Great job on the weight loss!

    I get thrown off on my estimates when I see loose skin and when people drop lots of weight. With that, I'd guess around (EDIT--looked again): 17-19%. Great work so far!

    Cheers. I seem to look a lot better when there is a light on overhead. I can actually see my ribs when I do that. Crazy what a bit of lighting can do for you! Do you think I'd at least look decent after a cut?

    IMO I would either slowly bulk or eat at maintenance and lift heavy. Lean mass is a bit low for a cut in my opinion.

    I've been making some decent gains. I have been managing to add some muscle and drop fat, I have been sitting at 196-194 for about 2 weeks.
