"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Hi guys, unsure of what I am at the moment, I did go on a machine in the past where I would say I had way more fat and I was about 15%.
Untensed:
Tensed:
I really can't decide where to go next, I looked at some photos of myself from last summer and damn do I look skinny, I would say about the same body fat % but way skinnier, even though you can't see em i the above pics I have big broad shoulders which is a plus. I can't decide whether to keep cutting to the end of uni (got 9 weeks left), or to start eating just over maintenance and add more muscle mass. Thoughts?
Would be real interested ot know what body-fat I am around, will help in assessing what calorific intake to have.Last edited by UltimateNonStop; 03-01-2010 at 02:09 PM.

Less than 15% IMO. More like ~13%.

Dom, wasn't this you here at the end?
The one you posted I thought was the "midway through v-diet" results
edit: and I'm going to guess from high teens to 20%. You store WAY more fat around your obliques than I do. Your ribs are showing, but you still have "love handles." That makes it difficult to estimate precisely.
Either way, insane progress manLast edited by Insight; 03-02-2010 at 02:20 AM.

Hard to say. Another 20 lbs should have you pretty lean, but I'm not sure how much it will take to get you to 10% exactly.

so about 10kg or so, or maybe @ ~80kg i'll be quite lean, something to work towards I guess... Instead of just going week by week till I get there.
