I am not really pushing it when it comes to weights, can't do it when Iam only taking 1700 cals a day
Bench 180 x 6 reps
Squat 220 x 6 reps
Dead: 0-can't do this exercise for the time being due to back injury

17-18%, Picture sucks...don't try to cover your love handles with underwear, you're better off pulling them down slightly below the love handles for a better picture & estimate, not homosexual. Don't go too far and gross people out.

Your picture isn't good enough for an accurate guess. 13-14%?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you look 18-20%ish, maybe more. Your fat is disproportionate which is hard to estimate, you'll probably need to get to 160ish. Your arms say like 14% but midsection says 22%, I try to picture 5lb of fat and place it in sections along your body and came out with another 25lbs.

Bama, you can see small changes in your love handles and your abdomen looks slightly flatter. I'd say you lost 1-2% BF between those pictures as a very rough estimate.
starting stats 08/4-158.5 lbs,95cm waist, ~25% body fat
current stats 16/7-146 lbs, 81cm waist, ~13.0% body fat
original short term goal = 16 July = 12% BF. Actual reached = 16 July = 13% BF.
New short term goal = increase calories by 250/week, hope to hit 10-11% BF by the time I reach my bulking calories (3rd Sept).
Medium term goal = 160 lbs @ 10% body fat by April 2011
long term goal = 180 lbs, 10% body fat
