Very glad I found this thread. Been trying to figure out my BF for a while now.
I started 7 months ago at 185 lbs (at 5'9) with a body fat percentage of 26, and am now down to 155-160 lbs. End of July will be the end of my many months of dieting, simply because I've been feeling that it's been going on far too long for my body. I'll be eating at maintenance for 2-3 weeks, based on what I see, and then go on a moderate 500 k/cal a day surplus.
Lifts are beyond pathetic, and in fact have stagnated for a while since I was maybe 168, but I guess I'm happy that I've kept them up through the weight loss (even though noob gains should have made them go up a tad more).
Deadlift: 225
Squat: 180
Bench Press: 140
OHP: no set amount, messed up shoulders so I'm trying to nail down form above all, but usually max out at 80.
Anyway I know the above is just extra info, but wanted to give some background so folks could better judge the pics. Here they be:
