Opinions about my offseason...

Guys I need some opinions,
During my offseason my stats changed:
bodyfat 9% -> 14%
weight 67kg (around 137lbs) -> 75kg (around 150lbs)
Also i gained 1kg of muscle (about 2+ lbs)
Is this good progress????
Is it difficult to cut to 7-8%????? I believe yes.....
Thanks!

let me answer.decreasing your bf is tough,but if you have discipline and determination,you'll do it.for example,you know that if you had 20% bf,it would be much more easier to reach 14-15%,but now it's harder
