    Best supp to help with muscle soreness?

    I just recently started working out legs and it's pretty much crippling me 2-4 days after my workout. Is there a supplement that will help combat this? I'm currently taking;

    Lipotropic Protein
    Creatine
    Beta Alanine
    Citrulline Malate
    Multi
    Fish Oil

    I use BCAA's, like Xtend to help with recovery.

    If dosed properly, they can be quite effective.

    To be honest no. I have never found anything that really helps the soreness. In before all the DOMS excuses. DOMS is a made up word by the suppliment industry to sell sh!t. Why do people need to create some fancy name to say " Sh!t im sore as hell.

    edit; don't worry you won't be sore like that for long. Pretty soon you will look forward to being sore so you know you had a great workout

    Whey protein 30 minutes before and after workout.
    If you are thinking about using some kind of fancy intraworkout in hopes of helping muscle soreness, you would get the same results for a lot cheaper just using bulk BCAA powder. That being said, bulk BCAA will help with muscle soreness as well, if you want to spend some extra money.

    IMO, nothing can beat a good meal with carbs + a protein shake after workout though.

    I take creatine and I'm still sore up to 2 days after a hard workout. Personally, I like the feeling because it really lets me know that I'm hitting it hard.

    This + give it some time. Anytime I lay off for awhile it takes a little while to get back into the swing of things. DOMS is all part of the game, give it a few weeks.
