Depends. It's possible but not very easy, especially for an endomorph.. but at the end of the day, fat loss = less calories in than out.

I'd say for someone lifting heavy at least 3/week with a good diet and no cardio it's possible, sure. Someone with good genetics might even be able to get away with less, kind of like those skinny f@gs with manorexia who weigh nothing and eat like ****... some of them are probably 8-10% (although they all claim to be 4-5%, sometimes less). At the end of the day, it's how you look in the mirror. I'll take being 18% and a little tubby with some meat on my bones over a skinny rail who dances all the time and won't eat. That's a personal choice, though.

Ideally, you're eating right, lifting heavy and incorporating some kind of cardio that isn't dipping into your muscle stores and burning LBM. I'm hardly the fat-loss expert, though... you might want to head to that section or the contest prep one and ask this again, man.

animal5678 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
It is possible but a little harder without cardio. You can do circuit training. All you do is lift weights ( preferably stations) with medium weight and you perfom as many reps as fast as you can with correct form for about 30 seconds or so. You must be dressed warm or so to sweat, which is the purpose. After working out for 30 seconds at one station get up quickly and go to the next station without any breaks. usually you don't want to do more than thirty reps. Its mainly about lifting medium weight to help tone muscle while the fast movement will cause a sweat if dressed warm. proper dieting and good hydration is a must.

you don't look like BF is an issue for you, but intense weight lifting at medium volumes is all I do to maintain 7-10% BF year-round.

Rubbish, the amount you sweat makes no difference, yes you loose weight through sweat but it just gets replaced when you rehydrate!

Unless you fancy dehydrating?
