I've been doing this bulking thing for about a year or so, went really good and all. But I'm so tired of eating. I wont even eat junk food, fast food and the always delicious steak n shake. I'm just sick of eating, I dread going to lunch at school. I am now force feeding myself just because I'm hungry and have to eat, plus I'm still bulking..has anyone hit a rut like this with eating?

i get sick of feeling bloated/fat at the end of the day after a long days worth of eating.
but the next morning, cant wait to get to breakfast! lol
but ive seen ppl get like that, they bulk and eat alot for so long and just get tired. but usually, they started out eating to much in the first palce.
try just revamp your diet, if your not getting to fat on your bulk keep macros same but switch up foods, number of meals....
and the 3 hr/6 meal a day is bull****.
i started a bulk not to long ago and ive been slowly gaining fine and i only have time with mma and my daily life to eat 3 meals. breakfast, pwo snack and dinner.
you can wait longer to eat if your meals are larger. for instance if my breakfast was 400cals, yeah id wanna eat prolly in another 2-3 hours to get more cals to fuel workout/growth and keep anabolic. but my breakfast isnt 400cals. its 1300. so i wait about 4-5hrs after this to get more cals in.Last edited by TitanFB11; 02-24-2010 at 08:00 PM.

Yes, I have.
I started off the fall semester eating like an animal and I started putting on some serious weight. After I put on about 10-15 pounds I just got tired of eating, and lost my desire to keep up the pace. Took me a couple months for that feeling to go away and I'm finally back to eating the way I want.

How the hell are you tired of eating? you're a teenager. Go find some foods that you actually enjoy and stop torturing yourself

I feel like that every day. I'm not really a breakfast person and I'm never hungry when I wake up. I could easily get up at 7, go to work, and not eat until noon, but I make breakfast happen even if it's just 200 or 300 calories. I've had to learn to eat when I'm not hungry, and it's taken me from 177 to 193 in 6 months.
The part that makes me tired is cooking, doing the dishes, and making the shakes.
