    From what was being said about it, it sounds like it works. I need to get my overall conditioning back for the spring as all I've been doing for a while is lifting (not much cardio, plyometrics, etc.), so I'm going to try it out. According to the site, I should be starting on week 3. I'll update with progress as time goes on.

    I just finished the day 1 workout of 14-18-14-14-21.

    Anyone else in?

    Done it before, i got stuck on week 4 twice though so i had to repeat it. After doing week 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 4 i gave up on it (couldnt be bothered moving on to week 5 after i succeeded on week 4 lol) but i did the final test and did 89 which was pretty cool.

    You won't overtrain.


    I did this awhile ago. Now I do 120+ in under four minutes every day that I lift. It's nice on leg days because then I leave the gym with a nice pump.

    Make sure you do them properly, I make sure my chest touches the floor.
    I can do around 50 without putting a lot of effort into it, if I push myself I do around 75-85, but with a little training like 2 weeks from now I'll be over 100 (by over 100 I mean I'll do 101).

    I just finished day 2. The program calls for three days of work per week, but I'd like to think that I can recover much more quickly than the average joe. I plan on going every day with a few days off here and there. If I get stuck on a day, I'll take a day off and repeat it after some rest.

    Day 2 went:

    20-25-15-15-26

    Another side note, I'm using the minimal rest periods plus a few seconds of getting into position in order to keep things as consistent as possible.

    The days that you are not working out would probably be better. The program seems to be designed to be at home and by itself.

    Not a bad idea, I'll try to get around to it tomorrow. Although, I'm not sure what to expect as far as physical gains.

    I'll note that I'm changing up my routine and diet in general to keep my weight at about what is it now, so others may see more gains if they continue to eat big while doing this. As far as my routine, I'm doing much more high rep bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups, sit ups, etc. by the 100's (not all in one set), so I expect to have a lower bodyfat % and more definition by the end of this.

    I would start on week 3, it's sure to get hard as time goes on. If you feel that it is too easy, just do the workouts on back to back days to speed things up until it is challenging again.

    ever heard of the hundred workout??
    do 100 push ups and 100 pullups in as few sets as possible. pull ups are amazing for all around upper body.

    point is to try and decrease the overall sets every time or at least the reps in the final set.

    I just barely made todays workout of 22-30-20-20-28. I tried it yesterday but failed because I didn't notice that it was 2 minutes of rest instead of 1.5. I plan on taking tomorrow off and moving on to week four come Monday.
