New to the forum and picked this workout off of the forum after researching the stickies and have been using it for 6 weeks plus added the cardio to it. Lost 20lbs so far. Also, here are the supplements I am using and thinking of using. Any and all advice very helpful. I appreciate it:
Hydrowhey Protein Shake 30 min before workout

Thinking of getting GNC Extreme Athlete Vita Pak (Has Mulit Vit, Thermogenic, Creatine)?
Day 1
4x Squats: 5 reps
3x Ham Work: 8 reps
3x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
2x Bicep Curls: 10 reps
2x Ab: 15 reps
30 min Eliptical machine
Day 2
4x Bench Press: 5 reps
3x Military Press: 8 reps
3x Tricep Isolation: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps
4x Bench Press: 5 reps
10 Min Stair Climber
20 Min Eliptical
Day 3
20 Min Stair Climber
28 Min Eliptical
25 Min Interval walk/run on treadmill
Day 4
4x Deadlifts: 5 reps
3x Pullups: 8 reps
3x Leg Press: 8 reps
2x Biceps Curls: 10 reps
10 Min Stair Climber
20 Min Eliptical
Day 5
20 Min Stair Climber
28 Min Eliptical
25 Min Interval walk/run on treadmill
Day 6
4x DB or Incline Press: 5 reps
3x Chest Dips: 8 reps
3x Side Lateral Raise: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps
4x Chest: 5 reps
Day 7:

Feed back in this case is more up to you than to us. Are you seeing the intended results? If not what are your results and we can suggest things to try and help you achieve them.
Losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks might actually be unsustainable, you may want to consider losing a relative 1 lbs per week, which at the regular gain of 1-2 lbs of lean muscle per month comes out to a weight transfer of -9lbs, but you'll only see yourself lose 3lbs if I'm not mistaken.
That is far more sustainable/healthy.

Thanks for the reply. LOL...I definitely expect to see the weight gain slow down. I just had and still have some of that weight to lose. 5'9" and started at 235. Although I am more of a stalky build, I feel I really need to be down to 190 or 195. I ultimately would like to lean out (have changed my diet drastically) and build muscle.
