    Hitting each muscle once v twice a week

    Your opinions on this? Ive always wanted to hit them twice a week as i think they dont take a full week to recover and i rekon ill make faster gains doing lower volume and hitting them more frequently. So who here prefers hitting them hard once a week or lighter but twice a week? Im unsure which to do so need your opinions...

    i would love to hit them twice a week, but its hard to find time. being in college and all, but i reccommand ya being on some type of protein/creatine supps so you'll get the full effects of workin out twice a week, and theyll help you recover faster.

    There has to be a good volume to frequency ratio to any program. Higher frequency means less volume, higher volume means less frequency.

    For beginners (who make up the majority of lifters), higher frequency is better IMO.

    For intermediates and advanced, its very individualistic. There are advanced fullbodies, upper/lowers, and body part splits.
