    How to burn chest fat

    hey i want to know how to burn chest fat without losing muscle, i already eat good i dont eat over 75 g of fat a day and i eat 3000 calories a day, my chest routine is flat bench incline db press and decline bench

    You cant spot reduce but what you can build muscle so you can replace fat with the muscle. And change you exercise also include push ups, dumbells and dont forget you cardio and your diet good luck.on your goals

    No such thing as spot reduction, but don't be afraid of fat in your diet. There's plenty of research to support the idea that carbs contribute more to bodyfat than fat does. Try switching some of your carb calories to healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, avocado, etc...)
