    Assault and Creatine

    Hey guys,

    I've been doing a stack with White Flood and Green Mag for a while, but my White Flood is startin to run low and I'm curious to try Assault since it haas been getting some good reviews. I still have a decent amount of Green Mag left over and I was wondering if taking this along with Assault will help, hurt, or basically do nothing. Is it possible to have too much creatine? I was thinking about taking the Green Mag on my off days to keep my creatine levels up. What do you guys think? Also, what flavor of Assault do you guys recommend? Thanks.

    If you're taking Assault you do not need to use the Green Mag. 1 serving of Assault has a full serving of creatine. I would recommend Raspberry Lemonade.

    ^^^This, good answer my friend. The razz lemonade is definitely tasty. However it would not hurt to finish off the green mag while on Assault...or perhaps you'll choose to save the rest for a later time.

    I would save the Green Mag for your off days when you don't take Assault as your creatine source.

    Would you recommend always taking creatine on off days? In other words, should I purchase more after I am finished the tub I already have?

    Yes, take 2-3g or so on off days.

    And I would definitely recommend Assault. The pumps were mediocre at best, BUT this product shines in the strength and endurance department.
    If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

    It definitely is a strength/endurance powerhouse, pumps IMO are only partly due to supps...training style, rep range, diet, hydration, rest time, all of these play a big part!
