I am 16 and 6 foot tall, 10 stone 6 and 10% body fat. My goal is to gain muscle mass/
I'm at collage and I have £10 a day to spend on food. Near my collage there is a: subway and a small Tesco and Sainsbury's.
I have to get my breakfast and lunch with that money. Can anyone help me on what to buy and eat. There are meal deal sandwiches (£3) and cheap 25g protein shakes (£1) and I usually get a subway (sausage and bacon) for breakfast
Can anyone give me a meal plan for school.
