Cellucor v Fat CIA via T7-WS1 D4?? FTW

Dosing for the log thus far
    Monday and Tuesday:
    D4 Thermal 1 cap @ breakfast, 1 cap @ lunch
    T7 2 caps @ Breakfast, 1 cap @ Lunch
    WS1 2 caps @ Breakfast, 2 caps @ Lunch

Appetite is definitely going down from the getgo. Don't feel the urge to cheat.

On a bad note, As of today I am stopping D4 until further notice.
felt as if I was going to have a heart attack, this stuff is really strong and I am not risking dying, I've contacted Mike Personally and am waiting to hear back about possibly switching to the extreme instead for the safer alternative as its got less caffeine and no yohimbine!

Other than that felt good, was going to workout today but just walking raises my heart rate to crazy thumping.

    will update more tomorrow.

Since day 2 I've been taking T7 and WS1 only, however, I am going to discontinue taking Cellucor until March 1, my back is still rehabiliating and I don't feel that without working out the products will play a role in my weight loss.

Sorry for the delay, hope this was only a small false start.

    See you on Monday

1 thermal shock with a food is enough for the whole day if you are that sensitive. If the 2nd dose is putting you over, than I would just do one. The T7, and WS1 will keep things rockin.

Also, don't have any other sources of caffeine with it. Chocolate, Coffee, Tea ( even iced), and soda are the main culprits.

If 1 still is not right, than you simply are not a yohimbine type person. I am not either, but I do use it on leg days a lot.

    Thanks for the advice bro,
Will give that a try come monday.
Also, I was on a KETO type diet, should I just do a low GI diet for this stack?
Lastly, would it be ok to take the 1 D4 thermal shock after my fasted cardio with breakfast or would it be better to take it prior to the fasted cardio?

    Thanks

Before as long as you are comfortable with the increased heart rate

Might want to take some BCAA just incase to spare muscle tissue.

Felt weird jittery today, didn't do Fasted cardio, my bike doesn't arrive til today
It wasn't exactly speeding heart rate like the last time but I was sure feeling jittery from the D4 yet again, only 1 Capsule today, if it happens again tomorrow, I will cut it out completely.

BCAA's are a given pre fasted cardio, thanks.

Much better today, I'm thinking that it must have been the Sugar left from the Sunday Carbup that did the jittery thing or I am starting to grow a tolerance for it a bit.
    Should be no roadblocks now.
Energy is sweet too from the T7 and the D4 combined.
I'm definitely feeling motivated much more than without it, especially knowing that I want to win the workout and nutrition plan from SteveP @ teampoynter
Stevep is 1 of 7 of my inspirational members from the beginning and I would love the chance to train from him personally, he's done a great deal for so many peeps already.

    Day 2, 1 D4, 3 T7 and 4 WS1 Dose (Tue-3-2-10)

I did workout Chest and Shoulders last night with some Spinning Cardio afterwards.

The concentration from the weightloss stack is back up again thanks to Cellucor.
Today I am starting the 5 day Loading Phase of Creatine,

My lifts have gotten weak due to the lack of creatine, hope the Start of M5 will bring some new found strength next week

Decided against Fasted Cardio this week, Saving that for the start of the OBF!
My first 4 weeks will be LISS and than gonna go high into the HIIT.

Lastly, I wanted to mention that as of today I've already lost 3.5 lbs! that was almost no effort at all from my end, I was amazed truthfully to tell you how quickly the Cellucor Stack is working for me.
BTW, the 1 cap in the morning of the D4 is a great medium for me, I get no more jitters and its enough to get me revved up for the workouts.

Starting Monday I will be taking M5 Pre-workout until Sunday (5 sample Packets - Thanks Mike)

Also for the month of April, I'm probably gonna take the recovery product from cellucor R3, I need something that I belive in the most, 1. BCAA's, 2. Recovery!~

    Mike
Any info regarding how much caffeine M5 Contains and how much NO extreme contains?

    thanks,

    Rip

Glad to have u as always Z!

Tested out the spinning bike today for the first ride today after work for 40 minutes.
Great workout following that Spinning DVD felt weird watching those people pedal at me, but whatever, it did the job for the burn in the legs and the aerobic workout that I was looking for and more.

Cauliflower keto pizza with bacon, pepperoni and beef for dinner afterwards

Stack is going strong thus far, definitely adding extra energy for that afterwork work out.

    Energy is still going strong,
As far as the appetite supression, I wish it would kick in on this low calorie diet.

Here are the starting numbers I'm using for comparison to evaluate this stack.
Hoping for some major changes thanks to the Stack provided by Mike and Cellucor as well as changes due to my diet, training and commitment.

    Starting Stats:

    Starting weight: 194lbs

    Starting waist measurement: 38"

    Starting BF% measurement:24%

Re-evaluated goals for point system - BF 3% & 1.5" off the waist every 4 weeks

    thanks guys!

    Almost caved in yesterday
took 2 minutes to re-think my goals and did the back workout as I had planned out.

    Legs today.

    Been doing 1 cap D4, 3 caps T7 and 4 Caps WS1 Daily
If everything goes good, I am considering going to 2 caps daily on the D4.
I will be sure to be careful not to have my heart explode the first time I did 2 caps daily.

No measurements yet, I will be posting overall measurements in 3 weeks.

Great energy and Great motivation from the stack thus far is what I can say.
I am also gonna incorporate the M5 to my pre-wo this week.

    Rip.

I am doing fasted morning cardio, however, with my prior experience, I am not rushing into it.
so far my progress has been coming steadily, not going to risk my life to lose 1lb more per week.

Thanks for the advice, I wish I could explain how I felt when on 2 pills per day but words don't justify.

Thanks Brut, I am doing all I can.
Not a dad yet but its down to the last 2.5 weeks.

As for the Cellucor Log, I am disappointed to say it wasn't for me.
About 2 weeks ago I had another episode with my heart for the 3rd time using the product.
I am sad to say that the products which I wish would work for me are probably too strong for me.
I am also happy to have gotten an awesome opportunity from Cellucor and Mike himself.
the Generosity of the giveaway and all they are doing in the industry is definitely great.

I look forward to using Non-stim supps from Cellucor in the future.
T7 and WS1 along with their protein are definitely making it onto my supp list.

Thanks again for everything Mike, good luck to you and Cellucor.
