Hello everybody,
Though I am not new to BB.com,This is my first post.
I have been regularly working out for the last 4 months.But with all the assignments I am getting very less sleep. My recovery has been an issue. So after doing some research I decided to give Xtend a try. I am having good results from it as there is no soreness the next day. But I am curious about Intrabolic.
Does Intrabolic help in recovery too? Can it be taken post workout?
Or should I stick with Xtend?

First off welcome to BB.com
Secondly, as mentioned they share some properties (BCAA's) but also bring about some unique characterstics.
IA - WPH, Beta-Alanine + all the ffAAs (free form amino acids)
Xtend - Citrulline Malate

I have to agree..Xtend tastes great and would be a great option to sip on during the day, but Intrabolic is the more complete formula.
The dosage of CM in Xtend is useless(Studies show 5-6g is needed) and lacks WPI, EAA's, BA, etc
IMO, Stick with Intrabolic during your workout. BTW im not degrading Xtend, its a great product and i even use it myself.

Explain why you need WPI during a workout if having a pre-workout meal.
Why do you want EAA's when during your workouts when BCAA's replenish lost aminos faster than EAA's.
The food overlap of the pre-workout meal negates why you need a WPI / WPH substance during training, sure it may help prevent catabolism, but then again your still going to be in an anabolic state from overlap + BCAA's that are repleneshing aminos right away into the bloodstream instantly.
BA can be added if you want by buying in bulk, yes Intra-bolic has more in its formula, and its a different product, but if Xtend isnt that great why did it win Recovery product of the year at the Olympia?
