Okay so doing CKD, absolutely love it. I usually carb up from friday evening and saturday.
I've been on keto since monday, really strict and it's gone great. Now, I was going to carb up tomorow afternoon / saturday but I haven't lifted weights this week. Carbing up is to do with glycogen and I'm really not sure if I've done enough to deplete it? Should I wait another week (well week and a bit because I'm going to carb up Feb 6th if I miss this first carb up - mates birthday.
Appreciate all replies as always

im no expert, in fact far from it... but from what iv read, alot of people suggest skipping the fast carb up anyway to give your body time to adjust being in ketosis, plus given the fact you havent done anything to deplete your glycogen stores then im betting that it would be wise to skip it untill at least next week anyway. As i said, im still learning as well tho hah.
